General Information

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday thru Friday from 5am - 6pm and Saturday 5am-3pm. We are closed on Sunday.

What types of payments do you accept?

We currently accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express.

Are you open on Holidays?

We are open on most holidays except Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Remember, a hi-visibility safety vest is required while at our facility.

Material Drop Off

Where can I drop off my material?

Our facility is located at 2100 S. Kilbourn Ave in Chicago which is one block east of Cicero Ave and one block north of Cermak Rd (22nd Street).

Can anyone drop off material at your location?

Our facility is open to the public. We accommodate vehicles ranging in size from pickup trucks to semi-trailers.

Do I need an appointment to drop off material your facilities?

Our facility can accommodate drop-off customers with no advance notice during normal business hours.

What materials does your facility accept?

We accept construction and demolition waste, landscaping, roofing shingles, concrete, brick, block, wood, dirt, metals, cardboard, paper, and plastics.

Are there any materials your facility will NOT accept?

We do not accept liquid waste, special waste, contaminated soil, asbestos, paint, and tires.

Dumpster Rental

How do I order a dumpster?

You can call our office at 773-522-0025 or click here to email a request and we will assist you in getting the right dumpster scheduled for delivery.

How far in advance should I call for a dumpster?

A single day of notice is all we need.

How long can I keep a dumpster at my site?

Dumpsters are rented for a week. If you would like to keep the dumpster for a longer period of time, please call us at 773-522-0025 for assistance.

Do I need a permit for my dumpster in my town?

Many towns have different requirements. Contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

What can I put in my dumpster?

You can put just about anything you need to dispose of in our dumpsters with the exception of any hazardous materials, paint, liquids, asbestos, and tires. If you have a question about a specific item, call us at 773-522-0025 for assistance.

How full can I fill my dumpster?

Containers can be loaded level full to the top of the dumpster. Overloaded containers create an unsafe hazard for the driver and other vehicles on the road.
